By booking or using services from Highline Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services at the location you request. Service results may vary based on vehicle condition, service selection, and environmental factors. Weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling.

Appointments & Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle access at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the vehicle, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. 

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or conditions not disclosed at booking. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Vehicle Condition

While we aim for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or normal wear and tear.

Personal Belongings

Please remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

Satisfaction

If you have any concerns, please notify us before the technician leaves or within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them promptly.

Liability

Highline Mobile Detailing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Website & Privacy

All website content is owned by Highline Mobile Detailing. Use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, including SMS communication terms.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
