We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion. Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments. Highline Mobile Detailing will attempt to mediate disputes or reschedule appointments as deemed necessary. Any dissatisfaction with our car detailing service or window tinting service must be communicated to Highline Mobile Detailing within 24 hours after completion of service. Highline Mobile Detailing will attempt to correct areas of reported deficiency. If it has been determined a refund is appropriate, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing by our payment processor.
